We respectfully request a 24 hour notice for all appointment cancellations. When appointments are canceled with enough notice, it gives our commission based stylists an opportunity to fill the appointment time with another guest. Missed appointments (also called no shows) will result in prepayment of service when it gets rescheduled. Thank you!
